10:30 AM Chair Yoga – Experience the benefits of yoga and mindful movement in a low-stress environment suitable for adults of all ages who are living with limited mobility due to age, chronic illness, or a sedentary lifestyle. Participants will use a chair for support as we move through gentle yoga postures and movements. Please wear clothing that you can move in.

11:45 AM Flow Yoga – In this yoga flow class, participants will be guided through a series of postures at a relaxed pace. We will emphasize strength, balance, and joint mobility, rather than extreme flexibility. Modifications and variations will be offered to make this class suitable for all levels. The class will be peppered with movement and posture tips that can be taken into your daily life. At the bare minimum, please bring a yoga mat, movement clothes, and your bare feet (or grippy socks). You’re also welcome to bring a throw pillow, blanket, or yoga block to enhance your practice.

Instructor Bio – Marie Clark has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2008 and completed an advanced yoga teacher training in 2020.
